I architected and built an internal multi-agent Slack bot at Schoene Neue Kinder GmbH that automates offer generation, lead analysis, and follow-ups. The system is wired into Slack, Gmail, and Jira and orchestrated with LangGraph.

Agents are specialized (e.g. offer drafting, lead scoring, follow-up scheduling) and the graph coordinates handoffs and tool use so the right agent acts at the right step. This is used daily by the team for sales and operations.
